LeadLocal operates churchoffice.ai. Our mailing address is 3624 SE 5th St, Renton, WA 98058.
SMS sending is not enabled in the current pilot. An optional intake checkbox records your requested preference; it does not activate a messaging service. We never send texts to minors. If messaging is enabled later, the following terms apply only to adults who have separately opted in.
Separate, optional consent
By checking the optional texting box, you authorize service-related texts about your intake and AI brain to the mobile number you provide, including automated messages if a later authorized service uses them. You confirm that you are at least 18 and are the number’s subscriber or authorized user. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving the free service. Leaving the box unchecked does not affect your preview.
The unchecked intake choice reads: “Yes, text me about my intake and AI brain. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy.” Service-text consent does not authorize unrelated marketing texts; any legally required marketing consent must be obtained separately.
Rates, frequency and stopping
Message frequency varies with your request and service status. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.
If an authorized texting service is enabled, reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help. A necessary opt-out confirmation may be sent where permitted. You can also withdraw consent now through the data request page or matt@churchoffice.ai. We record the withdrawal and retain necessary evidence to honor it. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned.
Mobile privacy
LeadLocal does not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary messaging providers may process data only to deliver authorized messages or comply with law. See the Privacy Policy and retention policy for rights and recordkeeping.
