LeadLocal operates churchoffice.ai. Our mailing address is 3624 SE 5th St, Renton, WA 98058.
The service is for authorized adults aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children under 13 or to minors. We do not collect or accept child personal data for the service, and helpers must never text or directly message minors.
What must stay out
Do not provide child names in rosters or forms, dates of birth, ages, grades, parent or guardian contact details tied to a child, allergies, medical details, photos, recordings or other identifying child records. Do not submit youth counseling, care or prayer information.
Church policies and check-in procedures may be supplied only if they contain no children’s personal information. The words kids ministry or kids check-in alone do not make an otherwise non-personal document prohibited.
If information is submitted by mistake
Do not continue uploading it. Contact matt@churchoffice.ai or use the data request page. We restrict access, remove prohibited material and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days; required incident, consent and deletion evidence may be retained without keeping the child content for service use.
Screening cannot guarantee detection of every child record. Adults and churches remain responsible for excluding child data and following applicable safeguarding and privacy law. We do not activate child-directed accounts or a minor texting workflow.
